You Already Know Something Isn’t Working.
You don’t need more information. Not another podcast. Not another book. Not another “insight” that changes nothing. Because if that worked– you wouldn’t still feel like this.
You might have:
• Built a life that looks good on paper
• Achieved things most people haven’t
• Done therapy, self-work, or spiritual exploration
And still...
You feel stuck, mentally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, unsure what direction to take, or worse - you feel like you’re slowly drifting.
Not falling apart.
You're just not fully alive.
This Is Where Everything Changes
Light in the Mountains is not a retreat you attend. It’s an experience that interrupts your trajectory. A carefully structured, small-group immersion where you:
• step out of your environment
• remove distraction
• access deeper awareness
• face what's currently running your life
At the center of the experience is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy - a clinically supported process that helps:
quiet the mental noise
• loosen rigid patterns
• process emotions deeply
• create space for clarity
All inside a safe, guided environment
What You Walk Away With
This isn’t about feeling good for a weekend. This is about leaving different.
After this experience, what do people typically walk away with?
Real clarity (not just ideas)
Relief from constant overthinking
A deeper connection to themselves; physically and emotionally
A clear direction forward
The ability to stop repeating the same cycles
How It Works:
Friday: Arrival. Grounding. Intention.
Saturday: Guided Ketamine-Assisted experience + integration.
Sunday Morning: Clarity. Direction. Next steps.
After: Follow-up integration + continued support.
