The healing power of group therapy sessions is unique in that within its therapeutic container lives a co-created healing space where you can practice emotional vulnerability in the present moment, share your personal journey, and gain real peer support, group connection, and therapeutic insights from others who are on a similar healing path. In a time where social isolation is more prevalent than ever, the therapy group offers a different kind of therapeutic support than you can get from individual counseling. Healing Anxiety

  • This group provides a warm, safe, and compassionate space to process your anxiety, connect and receive support from others going through a similar experience, and gain insights and tools to further you on your path to healing.

  • Open to anyone who is experiencing anxiety due to recent events, trauma, family/relationship issues, work, transition, or general life stress, and is looking for a space to be heard, held, and supported.

  • Learn self-soothing techniques, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and more…

  • We meet online on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm beginning in January and will go through February for 8 weeks.

  • 8 people maximum

  • Only $60 per session (*sliding scale available for those in need)
