The power of group therapy is unique in that within it’s container lives a co-created energy where you can practice vulnerability in the present moment, share your story, and gain real support, connection, and insights from others who are on a similar path. In a time where isolation is more prevalent than ever, the group offers a different kind of medicine than you can get from one-to-one therapy. Healing Anxiety
This group provides a warm, safe, and compassionate space to process your anxiety, connect and receive support from others going through a similar experience, and gain insights and tools to further you on your path to healing.
Open to anyone who is experiencing anxiety due to recent events, trauma, family/relationship issues, work, transition, or general life stress, and is looking for a space to be heard, held, and supported.

We meet online on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm beginning in January and will go through February for 8 weeks.
8 people maximum
Only $60 per session (*sliding scale available for those in need)
